In one short and sweet word: “Online”
Let me explain: I study at MUST University and anytime I mention that to anyone, they all ask, “Really, where is that?”, and this is what I tell them. The raised eyebrows express what they’re thinking perfectly.
No one really gets it do they? My university operates online. I am sent the course material over the Internet, I give my assessments over the Internet, and I get my results over the Internet too. Not just that, I pay my fees over the Internet, I register for courses over the Internet, and when I’m done with my degree I will apply for my transcript over the Internet. There is no such thing as a “MUST University location” per se. It is entirely online!
Makes sense, totally, considering that MUST University doesn’t claim that it is based in any one country. Its website and all its corporate communication never say you can visit our campus here, and they don’t give you the option of attending classes on-campus. They lay it out straight to you: You will study online, from wherever it may be convenient for you.
Your university is located wherever you are. Period. It doesn’t make sense to have a physical location and a physical address if you aren’t “based” anywhere now, does it?
